WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $23,040. The funding is for
summer camp scholarships for children living within the boundaries of the FPRA. LL
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board af County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of June, 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001-7216-513100-7102 Salaries-Temporary Employees $16,940
001-7216-552000-7102 Operating Supplies $ 6,100
