("Grantor"), whose mailing address is 1570 S.E. 14`h Court, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441,
and ST. LUCIE COLTNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("Grantee"), whose
mailing address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982.
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 U.S. Dollars ($10.00),
and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, and Grantee's successors and
assigns, forever, the land (the "Land") lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following encumbrances and restrictions: ad valorem real
estate and assessments t~es for the year 2008 and all years subsequent thereto; all applicable
laws, ordinances and governmental regulations, including but not limited to, all applicable
building, zoning, land use and environmental ordinances and regulations, but the foregoing shall
not operate to reimpose the same.
Reserving onto the Grantor, its successors and/or assigns, the blanket right to drain over,
upon and into the Property and to construct, install and maintain any facilities, structures or
improvements necessary for such drainage purposes in accordance with all applicable permits
and approvals.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns in fee
simple forever.
Grantor hereby warrants the title to the Land subject to the foregoing matters and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
