RESOLUTIQN NO. 09-203
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds nat anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a Community 8ervices Black Grant from the Department of Community Affairs, in
the amount of $468,735.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 14th day of July, 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2Q08-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
