RESOLUTION NO. 09-007
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion DistricYs Budget, certain funds not
anticipated at the time of the budget have become available in the form of a$50,000 grant from Florida Fish
and Witdlife Conservation Commission.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 11th day of August 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as
follows:
REVENUES
184105-3710-331391-39003 US Dept of Interior Fish & Wildlife $50,000
APPROPRIATIONS
184105-3710-563000-39003 Infrastructure $50,000
