RESOLUTION NO. 09-228 p~-~
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Children's Services Council of St. Lucie County in the amount of $13,115. The funding
is for summer camp scholarships for the month of June.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 11 th day of August, 2009, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2008-2009, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

001-7216-347213-7103 Summer Programs $5,880
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7510-513100-700 Salaries-Temporary Employees $7,235
001-7216-513100-7103 Salaries-Temporary Employees $5,880
