HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-279 RESOLUTION NO. 09-279 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. On September 10, 2009, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board (sitting as the Board of County Commissioners, the Mosquito Control Board, and Erosion Control Board) held a public hearing to consider adopting the Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2009-2010 and adopted the Tentative Budget. 2. On September 22, 2009, after notice published in the Tribune on September 17, 2009, the Board held a Public Hearing and adopted the Final Budget for fiscal year 2009-2010. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A.
