BARBARITO, D.D., as Bishop of the Diocese of Palm Beach, his successors in office and assigns forever, a corporation sole, as Owner of the lands shown and described hereon, has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as shown hereon as ST. The private utility easementsas shown hereon, are hereby dedicated to St. Lucie West Utilities, Inc., A Florida Corporation, its successors and or assigns, for the purpose of the installation of and maintenance of utilities and video communications. 3. The private utility easements as shown hereon, are hereby dedicated to the St. Lucie West Services District, its successors and or assigns, for the purpose of the installation and maintenance of utilities and not video communications. 4. The private utility easements as shown hereon, are hereby dedicated to the St. Lucie West Cablevision Company, its successors and or assigns, for the purpose of the Installation and maintenance of video communications. 5. The Water Management Tract and Ingress/Egress easement as shown hereon, are hereby dedicated to the St. Lucie West Services District, its successors and or assigns, and they are the maintenance obligation of said St. Lucie West Services District.
