WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the V ~ o

following determinations: ~ ~ m

1. On April 14, 2009, the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners adopted m c
Resolution No. 09-128 accepting the donation of a parcel for the construction of o ~
permanent affordable housing pursuant to Section 125.379(1) Florida Statutes. ~

2. Due to a scrivener's error in the property owners name, it is necessary to amend
Resolution No. 09-128,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
1. Paragraph 1 of Resolution No, 09-128 is hereby amended to rend ns follows:
The Board does hereby accept the donation of a lot from Davis
.Walsh Jones, Parcel I.D. 3402-609-0156-000-0, for the
construction of permanent affordable housing pursuant to Section
125.379(2), Florida Statutes.
After motion and second, the vote on this Resolution was as follows:
