4 AN ORDER REVOKING GM-09-015, WHICH APPROVED THE MINOR
5 SITE PLAN KNOWN AS SEVEN-ELEVEN, INC. CONSISTING OF A
6 2,818 SQUARE FOOT CONVENIENCE STORE AND A 450 SQUARE
7 FOOT CANOPY ON .41 ACRES IN THE CG, COMMERCIAL GENERAL
8 ZONING DISTRICT ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
9 FLORIDA.

11 WHEREAS, the Growth Management Director of St. Lucie County, Florida has made the
12 following determinations:

14 1. On July 6, 2009, the Growth Management Director granted Minor Site Plan approval to
15 the project to be known as Seven-Eleven, Inc.
16
17 2. The applicant has stated that they desire to withdraw the Minor Site Plan.

19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:

21 A. Based on the decision by the applicant to withdraw the site plan as set out above, GM Order 09-
22 015 dated July 6, 2009 and recorded in the Official Records Book 3107 at Page 1116 in the
23 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby revoked.

25 B. A copy of this order shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County Growth
2 6 Management Director.
