Kirby, III and the comments of the St. Lucie County to Development Review Committee on this application, and made the following determinations: 11 lz 1. Raptor Subdivision is a 5-lot subdivision proposed for 71.115 acres of 13 property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Header Canal 14 Road and Leeper Road in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning 15 District. 16 17 2. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the site plan for the is proposed project and found it to meet technical requirements of the Land 19 Development Code and to be consistent with the St. Lucie County ao Comprehensive Plan. 21 za 3. The project is consistent with the general purpose, goals, objectives, and 23 standards of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and the St. Lucie z4 County Land Development Code. 25 a 6 4. All reasonable steps have been taken to minimize any adverse effect of the 31 proposed project on the immediate vicinity through building design, site 32 design, landscaping, and screening. 33 34 6. The project will be constructed, arranged, and operated so as not to interfere 35 with the development and use of neighboring property, in accordance with 36 applicable district regulations. 37 3 s 7. Merritt and Richard Reitano, including any 2s successors in interest, shall obtain all necessary development permits and construction 29 authorizations from the appropriate State and Federal regulatory authoritiesincluding, but 3o not limited to; the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the Florida Department of 31 Environmental Protection, and the South Florida Water Management District, prior to the 32 issuance of any local building permits of authorizations to commence development activities 33 on the property described in Part A. 34 35 36 D.
