4 AN ORDER CORRECTING A SCRIVENOR'S ERROR IN
5 CD ORDER 01-007 GRANTING MINOR SITE PLAN
6 APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT TO BE KNOWN
7 AS THE OCEAN PEARL CONDOMINIUM.

9 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director has made the
10 following determinations:

12 1. On April 16, 2001, the St. Lucie County Community Development Director
13 approved, through CD Order 01-007, the petition of Ocean Pearl Development, Inc,
14 for a Minor Site Plan approval to construct a 48-unit, 15-story high rise condominium
15 to be known as The Ocean Pearl Condominium, generally located on the east side
16 of SR A-1A, approximately 400 feet north of the intersection of Jackson Way and
17 SR A-1-A in the HIRD (Hutchinson Island Residential District) Zoning District.

19 2. In approving CD Order 01-007, a scrivener's error occurred in Paragraph 1,
20 incorrectly referencing the building configuration as containing 15 stories.

22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:

24 A. Pursuant to Section 11.2.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the
25 description of the building configuration is hereby amended as follows: a 48-unit,
26 13-story high rise condominium.

28 B. Except as noted in Paragraph A above, all other terms and provisions of CD Order
29 01-007 shall remain in full force and effect.

31 C. A copy of this CD Order shall be attached to the site plan drawings described in CD
32 Order 01-007, which plan shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County
33 Community Development Director.

35 D. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.

37 ORDER effective the 16t" day of April 2001.
