RESOLUTION NO. 10-012 ~~n~ SP.f'
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a grant from INTACT "Inspired Network to Achieve Community Together", in the
amount of $135,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of January, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001436-6420-334695-600 Department of Financial Services $135,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001436-6420-534000-600 Other Contractual Services $135,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
