5 DEVELOPMENT ORDER GM-06-014 TO CORRECT A
5 SCRIVENER ERROR IN THE ZONING DISTRICT OF
7 THE HOWARD CREEK ESTATES S/D

9 WHEREAS, the Growth Management Director of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
10 following determinations:

12 1. On May 16, 2006, the Growth Management Director granted minor site plan
13 approval for property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Howard
14 Creek Lane and Everglades Boulevard for petitioner Anthony Nardone.

16 2. Following the recordation of Growth Management Order 06-014, staff determined
17 that the zoning district cited in the order was in error.

19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Growth Management Director of St. Lucie
2 0 County, Florida:

22 A. The zoning district cited in Section 1 within the order is hereby amended to read
2 3 as follows:

2 5 Howard Creek Estates S/D, is a proposed 5-lot subdivision for property located
2 6 on the northwest corner of the intersection of Howard Creek Lane and
27 Everglades Boulevard in the RS-3 (Residential, Single Family - 3 du/acre
2 8 Zoning District).

3 0 B. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in Growth Management
31 Order 06-014, approved on May 16, 2006, are hereby incorporated by reference in
32 Growth Management Order 10-008.

34 C. A copy of this order shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie County
3 5 Growth Management Director.

37 D. This order shall be recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County..
