WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of the FCTD Trip Grant. in the amount of $278,627.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 9th day of February, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
130209-4910-334491-400 Transportation Disadvantage $278,627
APPROPRIATIONS
130209-4910-582015-400 Council on Aging $278,627
