HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-137~' RESOLUTION NO. 10-137 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM AGREEMENT (# 422171-1-58-01) FOR ST. JAMES DRIVE SIDEWALK PHASE 1 AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following determinations: 1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County funding for St. James Drive Sidewalk Phase 1 (#422171-1-58-01). 2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above-referenced project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: 1. The Board hereby accepts and approves Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (#422171-1-58-01) for St. James Drive Sidewalk Phase 1. 2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairperson to execute the above- referenced agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
