A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED from YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN
ASSOCIATION OF THE TREASURE COAST, FLORIDA, INC. is duly accepted on behalf of St.
Lucie County this 15th day of SEPTEMBER, 2009.

subdivision of the State of Florida

hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee"shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations,wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid
by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee forever, all that certain land
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
All of Block 12 together with the 16 foot vacated alley, and All of
Block 13 togetherwith the 16 footvacated alley, of LAWNWOOD
ADDITION as per plat thereof recorded i~~ flat Boak 2, at page 1 V
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to reservations, restrictions and rights-of-way of record,
provided, however, that this reference shall not serve to
reimpose the same. Further,, subject to taxes for the current
year, if any..
Grantee accepts the Property in an "as is" and "where is"
condition with all. faults and the Grantor makes no
representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect

to the Property, including, but not limited to, the quality,
physical condition, value, utility, or potential ofthe property and
there are no warranties of merchantability, habitability orfitness
for a particular purpose.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that at the time of the delivery of this
deed, the premises were free from all encumbrances made by Grantor and that Grantorwillwarrant
and defend the same againstthe lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or
under Grantor, but against none other.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed the day
and year first above written.
