A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing Warranty Deed is duly accepted on behalf of St. Lucie County this 27tH

WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ~~~~~ , 2009 between grantor*,

husband and wife, and DAVID E. CHAPPER, a single man, to ST. LUCIE COUNTY,

WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other good and valuable consideration to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said
grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO: easements, restrictions, limitations, dedications, covenants,
conditions, and reservations, of record; but reference hereto shall not serve to
reimpose same; applicable zoning ordinances, taxes for the year 2009 and
subsequent years.
Grantor affirms that neither Grantor, the Grantor's spouse, nor any member of
their family have ever resided on the premises conveyed. These premises are
vacant commercial property.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
"Grantor" and "grantee" are used for singular or pleural, as context requires.
