RESOLUTION NO. 10-144 p~~
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Indian River Estates Home Owners' Association, in the amount of $2,800, as a
donation for the purchase of two pieces of playground equipment at Palm Lake Park.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 11th day of May, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-7210-366900-700 Donations $2,800
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7210-564000-700 Machinery & Equipment $2,800
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
