A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED
ON BEHALF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, that:
The foregoing Warranty Deed is duly accepted on behalf of St. Lucie County this 8 to

FIFTEEN-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
THIS INDENTURE made this ~~ day of ,~~'~~-~ > , 2009 by Eduardo A. Leal,
party of the first part, in favor of St. Lucie County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said part of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the party of the second
part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by these
presents does grant, bargain and sell to said party of the second part, and the party of the second
part's successors and assigns, including its successors in title, aFIFTEEN-FOOT RIGHT OF
WAY DEDICATION of the following described land, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The South 15.00 feet of the North 40.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, less and except the West 65.00 feet thereof.
See the attached Exhibit "A" consisting of 1 page sketch attached hereto and hereby
made apart hereof which is included for illustrative purposes only.
` This dedication is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, including its successors in title, the above described land of
grantor's property for road purposes and any valid public purpose by any governmental authority
over and upon said lands above described; and the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to aid lands, and will defend the same against the lawful. claims of all persons
whomsoever, claiming by, through or under party of the first part.
This dedication shall benefit the lands owned by the party of the second part and shall be fully
assignable by said party of the second part.
