RESOLUTION NO. 10-159
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LOCAL AGENCY PROGRAM
AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS, JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS AND LOCALLY FUNDED
AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS WITH THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TIME
EXTENSIONS ONLY AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENTS BY
APPROVING THEM AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
the following determination:
1. To avoid possible delays, the Florida Department of Transportation has
requested that the Board authorize the County's Public Works Director to execute time
extension requests for Local Agency Program Agreements (LAPS), Joint Participation
Agreements (JPAs), and Locally Funded Agreements (CFAs).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to execute requests
for time extensions for Local Agency Program Agreements (LAPS), Joint Participation
Agreements (JPAs), and Locally Funded Agreements (CFAs).
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 8t" day of June, 2010.
