NOWT THBRBFORE, in coasideratbn of the premises, the undersigned, as
Trustees, acting solely because and in compliance with the direction of said
Order, do hereby:
(1) Realise, release and quit claim unto the Florida East Coast Rallway
Company, its successors and assigns, all of their right, title and interest as
Trustees in and m the Mortgaged preiniees, described is the aforesaid Mortgage
and all supplements and amendments thereto, ii any, and all other properties,
subject oo the lien of said Mortgage and all supplements and amendments thereto;

(~ Release and discharge the said Mortgaged premises and said other
Property, and every part and parcel thereof, from the Lien of said Mortgage and
all supplements and amendments thereto, ii any:
(3) Consent that the Mortgage and all supplements and amendments thereto,
ii any, be discharged of record;
(4) Constitute and appoint each of the officers having charge and custody of
any records where the Mortgage or any Indenture amendatory thereof or supple-
mental thereon may be ailed or recorded, as their agent and attorney with full
power and authority to satisfy and discharge of record the Mortgage and all
supplements and amendments thereto, if any, and to endorse upon the margin of
the record the satisfactbn, release and discharge of the lien of the said Mortgage
and all supplements and amendments theroo, if any, upon said Mortgaged premises
and other property whether or not the same is described Ln the Mortgage or in any
supplement or amendment thereto, ii any.
No warranty or Liabllity of any character is made, assumed, or undertaken
by the said The Chase Manhattan Bank of New York or the said J. Bryson Acrd,
either as such Trustees or individually, and Woos shall be implied against them,
or either of them, by reason of the execution and delivery of this instrument. For
convenience of recording, this satisfaction of Mortgage has been executed in sev-
eral counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The Chase Manhattan Bank of New York has
caused these presents oo be executed on its behalf by its President or one of its
Yice Presidents, and attested by its Secretary or one of its Aesietant Secretaries,
