WHEREAS, FnUy Registered :Series "A" Bonds, without Coupons,
are to be issued in a form substantially .similar to the foregoing, except
that they will provide that the principal thereof and intear+est thereon shall
be payable only to the Reglatered Holder thereof. and that they will be
transferable only on the resistration books, maintained as hereinattear
provided, and may contain such other variations and additions as may be
necessary or appropriate to make them conform to the provisions hereof ;
and
WHEREAS, all acts and things prescribed by law have bean .duly per-
formed and complied with to make the Series "A° Bonds, when executed
by The Company and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, valid and
binding obligations of The Company, sad to make thin Indenture a valid
and binding mortgage. deed of treat and agY+ee~nent for the security of
said Bonds and Coupons attached thereto, sad The Company, in the exer-
cise of the legal rights sad power vented in it, has executed and delivered
this Indenture and proposes to issue sad deliver the Bonds;
NOW, THER~ORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH
That, in order to ascots the payment of the principal of, and interest
on, all Bonds issued, and to be issued, under this Indenture according to
their tenor and effect, and to secure the pertormanoe of the covenants and
conditions herein contained, and in consideration of the premises and of
the acceptance of the Bonds by the holders thereof, and of the sum of Ten
Dollars to it duly paid by the Trustee, the receipt whereo! is hereby
acknowledged,
