Bonds, then said moneys, the Proceeds of Operation and of any axle and/or
other sums then held by or for the Trustee under any of the provisions
hereo! shall be applied sa follows:
(1) To the payment of the costs, expenses and compensation of
the Trustee, and of such sale, it ar~q, and to the payment of all
Matured Prior Obligations (ezcept those secured by Prior Liens sub-
ject to which such axle was made) ;
(2) To the payment ratably of the unpaid principal of and
matured interest on the Bonds, with interest thereon at the same
rates; .

successors or assigns, or to whomsoever may be lawfully entitled to
receive the game.
N~shK Sec. 6.8 No remedy herein conferred upon the Trustee or Bond-
N Rsw~Ns holders shall be deemed to be exclusive of any other remedy, but each shall
be deemed cumulative to every other remedy, and the Trustee 81-iell have
no power to exercise any remedy herein conferred which would in any
wise constitute a waiver or surrender of the lien of this Indenture upon
the Mortgaged Properties, and no delay or omission by the Trustee or the
Bondholders to exercise any right or power herein conferred upon them
shall waive or impair any such right or power or constitute acquiescence
in any Default hereunder.
MtKiIM Sec. 6.9 Prior to or after Default the Trustee shall have power to

shall be necessary or expedient to prevent any impairment of the security
hereunder by any acts of The Company, or of others, in violation of this
Indenture or of law, or as.the Trustee may be advised shall be necessary or
expedient to preserve and to protect its interests and the security and
interests of the Bondholders, including power to institute and to maintain
auiLa or proceedings to restrain the enforcement of, or compliance with, or
the observance of, any invalid statute or governmental Wile or order.
