Such Meeting may be adjourned from time to time to the same or a different place, with or without notice of such adjournment, by the vote of the holders of a majority in principal amount of the Fronds present and qualified to vote at the Meeting. Sec. 6.9 The owner of any Outstanding Bond, determined as pro- 4Wffle~tlM vided in Section 6.6 hereof, shall be entitled to vote in person or by proxy b Yob and to speak in person, by proxy, or by counsel at the Meeting; holders of Bonds which are not Outstanding shall not be entitled to vote or to speak at such Meeting. Sec. 6.10 The Trustee, by an instrument in writing, shall appoint the C~Irwaw Chairman of the Meeting, who shall be a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the State in which the Meeting is held or of the Supreme Court of the United States, and who shah, upon opening the Meeting, decian that he does not, to his knowledge, repi-eseui,, ~ cvuusei nuy Dun'w`iGiucc, ui- such, The Company or the Trustee; he is not a Bondholder; and that he knows of no relationship, professional or personal, which would in any way influence his action as a disinterested, impartial chairman. The Chairman shall appoint two Inspectors of Votes who thereupon YsMetsn shall list all persons present desiring to vote. Said Inspectors shall examine N Yobs the re¢istration books and the other proof of ownership submitted by such Persons, pursuant to Section 6.6 hereof, and shall make a written report in duplicate to the Chairman of the names of the persons present, the principal amount and the serial numbers of the Bonds which each is entitled to vote. Any Person present may challenge the report of the Inspectors of Votes in any respect, and such challenge shall be decided by the Chair- man, whose decision shall be final. The Trustee shall distribute to each Person entitled to vote at the Y~ Meeting ballots separately specifying in detail each proposal, election or selection to be submitted. The Chairman shall decide the order in which the same will be considered and shall have the power to fix a time limit for all speakers. Each Person entitled to vote shall then write on tie ballot whether he votes for or against each proposal, or for which candidate he votes, and subscribe his name and the principal amount of the Bonds which he is entitled to vote as shown by the report of the Inspectors or a modi- ficatior_ ther~f by the Chairman. The Inspectors of Votes shall surr-- marize the results of the voting and make a written report of the same in duplicate to the Chairman who shall announce the result with respect to each proposal or action submit~ed. Any Person present mwy challenge the report in any respect and such challenge shall be decided ty the Chair- man, whose decision shall be final. Sec. 6.11 The Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of The Company Sssnttry shall act as Secretary of the Meeting and keep, or cause to be kept, a stenographic report, in duplicate, of the proceedings.
