any Coupon, whether or not the Bond to which it appertains shall have
been registered as to principal; (c) the Person in whose name any lolly
Registered Bond is at the time duly registered; and (d) with respect to
principal only, the Person in whose name any Coupon Bond is registered as
to principal only.
T~sh Sec. 2.8 Pending the preparation of definitive Bonds, temporary
1lsN: Bonds, substantially of the tenor of the definitive Bonds but with appro-
priate changes, may be Is$ued. When the definitive Bonds shall be ready
for delivery, upon surrender of such temporary Bonds and without ex-
pense to the holders thereof, The Company will Issue therefor definitive
Bonds for the same aggregate principal amount. .
Ust K Sec. 2.9 Exclusive of all other rights and remedies, however arising,

Mods remedies, The Company and the Trustee upon receipt of evidence satisfac-
tory to each of them of the ownership and the loss, theft, destruction, or
mutilation of any Bond and/or any Coupon, and of indemnity satisfactory
to each of them, and upon paymer_t of a sum Sufficient to cover any tax or
e±her governmental charge that may be imposed in mistinn then°±o end
any other expenses of The Company and the Trustee connected therewith,
and upon surrender and cancellation of such mutilated Bond and/or Cou-
pon, The Company will Issue a new Bond and/or Coupon of like tenor, in
lieu of such lost, stolen, destroyed, or mutilated Bond and/or Coupon.
