Recerdatlee Sec. 4.6 Promptly and duly record, register, file, re-record, re-register and refile this Indenture, and every indenture supplemental hereto, as may be required by law in order to protect the lien hereof or of any Supple- mental Indenture and pay any recording, registration, or filing fee or tax legally due upon the taking of such action and promptly thereafter furnish Trustee with an Opinion of The Company's counsel to that effect, and at least annually thereafter before March 1 in each year furnish Trustee an Opinion of its counsel reciting in detail all actions taken in the preceding year which were and are necessary to maintain such lien, or that no such action was or is necessary to maintain such lien. BeedbeNer Sec. 4.8 Furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee during the flats months of March and September of each year of the term hereof, and at other times upon request of the Trustee, all information in its possession, or possession of its paying agents, as to the names and addresses of Bond- holders. Certificate ae~i Sec. 4.9 As soon after the closing of each Semi-annual Accounting A~pplitatiee of Period as the information shall become available, furnish Trustee a Certi- Araflable Net ficate of its chief accounting officer showing in reasonable detail the brew amount of Available Net Income earned during such Period and give notice by mail to Trustee and the Persons named in Section 8.4 hereof and to other Bondholders by publication in one issue of a newspaper in the h:nglish language of general circulation in the City and State of New York and the City of Jacksonville, Florida, of the Coupons or the amount of in- terest on Fully Registered Bonds, which will be paid on the next Interest Payment Date and apply its Available Net Income earned during such Semi-annual Accounting Period to the. payment of C!~upons and interest as provided in said Bonds. 20
