Ibetweea CENTRAI. AND sODTHEiDI FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate
created by the Acts of the Florida Legislature of 1949, with its principal
office in Best Pais beset, and whose Poat Office Bo: is 1671, Weat Palm $each,
Palm Beach County, Florida, party of the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida with its offices in the City of
~Pt. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Flarida, party of the second part;
WITI~SSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sate of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
gr~::tea, bargained, sold and transferred, and by theep ~roaont~ dnoa o nnt~
bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part, its aucces-
sore and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land Iying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land 30 feet in width in Sections 5 and 6, Township
35 South, flange 39 East, lying Northerly of, parallel, contig-
uous and as measured at right angles to the follawing specifi-
cally described line:
From the Northwest (NH) corner of Section 6,
bear South 0° 15' 22" East, along the West line
of said Section 6, a distance of 163.64 feet to
the point of beginning; Thence, South 89° 39' 08"
East, a distance of 1304.26 feet; Thence, South
89° 14' S0" Baat, a distance of 2000,07 feet;
Thence, South 89° 41' 10" East, a distance of
3433.64 feet to the intersection thereof with
the East line of the Northwest one-quarter of
the Northwest one-quarter (NWT of NW}) of Section
5 and the end of the specifically described
line.
ALSO,
a strip of land 30 feet in width in section 7, Townships
South, Range 39 Sast, lying Southerly of, parallel, contig-
uous and as measured at right angles to a line, said line
being 20 feet Southerly of, parallel and ae measured at
right angles to the following specifically described line:
From the Northeast (NE) corner of the Northwest
one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter (NW} of
NWT) of Section 5, bear South 0° 47' 21" West
along the East line of said Northwest one-quarter
of the Northwest one-quarter (NW} of NW}) of
Sect!on 5, a distance of 122.01 feet to the point
of beginning; Thence, South 89° 41' 10" Baat, a
distance of 3567.32 feet; Thence, North 89° 46' 06"
