There is specifically reserved unto the Central and southern
Florida Flood Control District, its successors or assigns, the
right to use the abmre described lands, or any portions thereof
until December 31, 1962, for the deposit and storage of spoil
materials resulting from excavations in Canal C-25 tBelcher

Title to all materials remainintt upon said lands shall vest in
the Grantee herein, its successors or assigns.
