replacements shall be subject to the lien of this mortgages and pro-
vided, 'urther, that the lien of this mortgage upon said personal pro-
perty shall cease only when the same shall be and constitute a first
lien upon such replacements. _
9. T'he said Mort~gagee, pursuant to Section 818.01 Florida Statutes
7~nnotated, hereby forever consents and agrees that the said !rl~ortgagor
may and shall be privileged at any time during the term of this mort-
gage to sell said personal property when sold together with the mort-
