to re-assign said •ortgages, together with the notes that they
secure, back to the said FLOYD W. BURK$T when the note, a Dopy of

after 60 days written notice has been served on said Trustee, then
and in that event said Trustee shall assign without reoourss on
the said Trustee, the aforesaid mortgages together with the notes
that they secure to THOMAS-R. BARB and MARAA I. BARR, his wife, as
to an undivided 1/2 interest and M. A. BECK as to an undivided 1/2
interest. It is agreed between the parties hereto that PHILIP G.
NOURS.^'., ae an individual can not be held responsible by ansrone
for any acts in the adainistration of this trust.
TOGETHER with the notes or obligations desoribed in said mortgages,
and the moneys due and to beooms due thereon, with interest from
