WHEREAS, ELIAS D. TAYIAR and HAZEL M. TAYLAR, hia wif e, on
the 21st day of October, 1960, requested in writing that the Board
of County Comiai,ssioners of St, Lucie County, Florida, close, vacate
and abandon that portion of a public road hereinafter described and
i~er+ounce and disclais~ any rit~.t of et. Lu^ie Cc„nty And the public
in and to the lands lying within that portion of said road right-
of-way in St. Lucie County, Florida; described as follows:
The North 15 feet of Lots 10 and 11 of MODEL LAND
CO:~PANY SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 3, at
page 63, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

the lands lying within said right-of-way, and in the opinion of
the Roard of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the
public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim an_1 re-
