The grantee, his leases or family, is given ppeermission to use for fishing or bathing or boating the Lakes and Csnals as shown on Plat of Lakewood Park. but Grantee may not construct anything extend- ing into br over the waters of the canals or lakes. No boats shall be anchored off shore in the canals or lakes. and when not in use shall be kept as closely adjacent to the bank as safety allows to the end that navigation of the waterways will not be impeded. Any use of the canals or lakes shall be at the sole snd absolute risk of the person so using. 10. No filling or dredging may be done beyond any lot line, nor shall any cutting of boat Slips or similar excavating within the lot line be done; nor any bulkhead or sea wall be built until plane have been approved by Grantor. 11.
