If the Ma*tgagor herein should make default With respect
to such mortgages a• above provided for, then the Mortgagees here-
in shall have the right and privilege, but not the obligation,
to makes such ,°nte in behalf of the Mortgagor, his heirs,
legal representatives, successors or assigns for the purpose of
keepir_tt the said mortgages free from default and all such payments made
by them, the said Mortgagees, to keep or place said mortgages of
either of them in .good standing or to cure defaults, shall be
advances secured by this mortgage and shall be immediately due
and payable, together with interest from date of advance at
ten (107:) per cent per annum until paid.

be void; otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect.
