for electric distribution lines only sad the necessary appurtenances
for such lines; also, the right to cut, trim and keep clear all trees,

proper construction, operation and maintenance of said lines, in,
over, and upon the right of way described in said prior easement,
dated February 24, 1959, recorded in Deed Book 245; page 570, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The electric distribution
overhead pole line and necessary appurtenances will be located within
the 22 feet East of the liesterly } of Sections5 and 8, Township 35
South, Range 38 East, and Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 38
East.
