ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, Made this lbth day of January, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-one,
BEZ1ti'EEN HENRY T. ENNS, JR., joined by his wife CAROLYN H. ENNS,

That if the said party of the second part shall first sake
the payments and perf orm the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
his part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said
party of the second part in fee simple. clear of all encuabrancea

of ground situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 4 of the subdivision of Lot 2 of Canning
Company's Subdivision of the NW} of Section
10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7, page
25 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
and the said party of the second part hereby covenants and agrees
to pay the said parties of the first part the sum of Nine Thousand
Dollars (59,000.00), together with interest at the rate of six and
one-half (6-~'b) percent per annu= on the whole sum remaining from
time to time unpaid in the naaner following:
$250.00 upon the execution and delivery of
this agreement, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged; '
