D. C., hereinafter called the Grantors, to WILLARD M. KIPLINGER, whose postoffice
i address is 6609 River Road, Bethesda, Maryland, hereinafter called the Grantee --
WITNESStTH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of

hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the

ANU the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the said Grantors
are lawfully seized of said land in tee simple; that the Grantors have good
title and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors
hereby fully warrant the title to said land and wi!! defend t;s :.al;~e against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
encumbrances, excepting those of record and excepting taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 1959.
Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include all the
parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
~' inuiviouais, and the successors and assigns of corporations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have signed and sealed these presents
