ORDINANCE N0. E-92
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THS VACATING AND A&1NDONING
OF THAT PORTION OF OLD U.S. HIGHWAY N0. 1 RUNNING
SOUTHERLY FROM THE SOUTH BANK OF TAYLOR CREEK TO THE
WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NEW U.S. HIGHWAY N0. 1
THROUGH THE PROPERTIES OWNED BY M. H. SCOTT, THE JAYCEES,
BINNEY PROPERTIES, INC., C. S. HOVEY, ET AL.; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, that portion of Old U. S. Highway No. 1 running Southerly
Prom the South bank of Taylor Creek to the West right of way line of
New U. S. Highway No. 1 through the properties owned by M. K. Zcett,
the Jaycees, Binney Properties, Inc., C. S. Hovey, et al, be and the
same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be and become effective
