KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That Whereas the State Road
Department of Florida, has heretofore acquired title to the herei:~-

and the State Road Departcr~ent of Florida has no further use of said

WHEREAS, the State Road Department, by formal action of its
Board on December 29, 1960 , authorized the release of said land;

and surrender all of the right, title, easement and in~erest of the
State Road Department of Florida, in and to the following described
land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The existing 18•• concrete pipe and the existing 12" terra
cotta pipe installed within the following described land:
From a concrete monument on the north line of the south 80
feet of Lot 14, Assessor's Map of the North Part of Fort
Pierce, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 164, St. Lucie
County, Florida, Public Records, said monument being at the
intersection of the south line of Avenue G (Norway Place)
and the west line of North Second Street in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, run thence North 88°03'35" Bast 46.80 feet to
an iron $ipe on the east line of North Second Street; thence
South 14 58'15" Sast along the east line o! North Second
Street 135.80 feet to a concrete monument; thence North
89°57'15•' Sast 189.3? feet to a steel sale; thence North
72°32'40** S~ast 363.20 feet to a bolt set in concrete at the
Southeast corner of the Gerard property (formerly Dorman
property) and the Point of Beginning of the lands herein des-
