CHATTEL MORTGAGE
THIS MOItTGA~GB, made this 20th dsq of January, 19b1, by
GEORGE CULVBRHOUSE and SYBIL LBVITA CULVERHOUSB, his wife, of
Port Pierce, St. L:uit County, Plorida, hereinnf tt r called the
Mortgagors, to PL-C~RIBA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a Plorida banking
corporation, with its principal office in Port Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee, MITNESSETH:
That the Mortgagors do hereby =ortgage, bargain, sell
and convey to the Mortgagee, the f olloMing livestock now in the
possession, custody and control of the Mortgagors, in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Plorida, amore particularly described as
follows, to-wit:

as security for the payment of a certain proaiasorq note, the

POR VALUB RECEIVED, I, we or either of ns promise to
pay without defalcation, to the order of PLORIDA BANK AT PORT
piBRCE, Port Pierce, Plorida, the snm of 11~1EN1'Y THOUSAND
DOLLARS, with interest from date hereof at the rate of sic
per cent (6`X) per annua, payable quarterly, at the tine the
principal paggents are made as hereinafter provided.
The principal sum hereof shall be paid in quarterly
installments, as folio+ra, to-nits
;l, 000.00 on or before the 20 day of April,1961;
X5,000.00 on or before the 20 day of July, 1961;
X5,000.00 on or before the 20 day of October,1961;
~9, 000.00 on or before the 20 daT of January,1962.
If deiauit is Wade in the payment of any installment
when dne, then at the s~tion of the holder sad without any
other notice, all of the reuining instalLents shall be due
and payable at once. The aaYers hereof are given the privi-
lege to pay any or all of the above installments on or before
the „¢,pe date thereof when not in defsuit.
Bach mater, surety, and endorser hereof, jointly
and severally, waives demand, protest sad notice of protest
for non-pay~-ent, and farther agrees to any a~cttnaion of time
of pagtent, either before or after ssattiritq, without notice
to any of us; snd to pad all cost of collection, iacluAing a
reasonable attorse~'s fee, in ttie event of any default there
under.
