according to the custom of tending similar livestock in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida; shall keep all of said cattle,
together with their increase, securely enclosed in said pasture;
shall not rebrand any of said cattle, and shall brand all of the
increase thereof with the brand made as follows : Z and shall
do all other things necessary to provide all of said cattle with
adequate pasture grasses.
