upon segments of the rights of ways for those certain roads, avenues and streets
referred to as Knight Road, Angle Road, Taylor's Dairy Road, North 57th Street
(Keen Road), South Canal Avenue, North 41st Streit, North Avenue, and certain
other undeaignated rights of way, as hereinaftar'described, to be utilized for
the purpose of the construction and maintenance of Canal C-25 (Belcher Canal);
and

' to be in the public interest and for the public convenience and welfare, and for
the public benefit, and necessary for carrying out the works of improvement of
Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District, and the Board of Covaty
Commissioners is desirous of cooperating to the fullest extent with the District
Aawever, since the County does not own the fee title to said rights of way, and
is vested only with easements thereto fc~ public road and street purposes, the
Board entertains doubt as to the propriety of granting the permanent easements
requested. The Board deems it advisable to accomplish the purposes desired by
Weans of a license or permit, instead of by easement, upon the conditions herein•
after set forth;
