That this license or persdt is given upon the condition sad with the
express understanding that the use hereof shall not interfere with, or prevent
tha public use of any public roads or streets non constructed, siaintained and
operated by St. Lucie County or any other public agency on the segs~ents of the
rights of ways hereinaDove descriDad; and that is the event tae right o= way
segments are not used for the purposes aforesaid or abEndc*aed, the +~e shall
automatically revert to the County; and that the County shall have the right to
construct or ssaintain bridges rnrer said Canal in conjunction with said roads and
streets; and upon the condition that the Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control District shall indemnify and hold harmless St. Lucie County for any
and all claias or damages arising out of the license herein granted.

upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Teas: Meleon,
Taylor, Shaffner, Delaplane and Jorgensen.
The Chairman thereupon declared the lteaolution duly adopted sad
