Zn consideration of the generaJ~ and special benefits as.a result of
the dredging or excavating in Canal C-25 (Belcher Canal), permission is hereby
granted to the .Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District, its success
sore or assigns, or to contractors working for the Central and Southern Florida
Flood Control District, its successors and assigns, to use the ].ands owned by
the undersigned and hereinafter described for the deposit, storage and removal
of dredged or excavated material and the operation of all necessary equipment
and vehicles incident thereto, the laying and operation of dredge pipe lines,
ana tine etiorage of equipmeni., mdLeriais, vehicles a~a supplies, r-isiu ~ - --„ i,c:u.
situated in the State of Florida, County of St. Lucie and described as follows:
All that part of the South 40 feet of the North 118 feet of
the Northeast one-quarter (N&~) of Section 1, Township 35 South,
Range 38 East, lying Southerly of the following specifically
described line:
From the Northeast (NS) corner of said Section 1,
bear South 0' 15' 22" East, along the East line
of said Section 1, a distance of 93.64 feet; Thence,
North 89° 39' OS" West, a distance of 30.00 feet to
the point of beginning; Thence, continue North 89°
39' ~" West, a distance of 1604.16 feet; Thence,
North 89' 48' 27" Weat, to the intersection thereof
with the West line of the said Northeast one-quarter
(NSr~) and the end of the specifically described line.
A strip of land 25 feet in width, extending through the 50 foot
right of way for Knight Road, said right of way being the Eaet
25 feet of Section 3, and the West 25 feet of Section 2, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 38 Esst; said 25 foot strip of land lying
Southerly of, pexallel, contiguous and as measured at right
angles to the following specifically described line:
