QUITCLAIM DEED
'- THIS INDENTURE, Made this 10th day of January A. D., 1961,
between FORT PIERCE FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a public corporation, existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, acting by and through its Board of

State of Florida, party of the first part, and CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate, created by the Acts of the Flor ida
Legislature of 1949, with its principal office at 901 Evernia Street and whose
mailing address is Poat Office Box 1671, West Palm Beach, of the County of
Palm Beach, in the State of Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations,
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, has remised, released and quit=claimed, and by these presents
does remise, release .and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and
its successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lyin
and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
A parcel of land in the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter (SW's of SEA) of Section 31, Township 34 South, Range
39 East; said parcel of land being specifically described as

31, bear North 0° 28.'• 03" East, along the West line of
