and sufficient Affidavit as to the Military Service of the Defen-~
dent, an Affidavit as to the mounts due the Plaintiffs herein,
and having moved this Court for the entry of a Default Judgment
against the Defendant harain for hio failure to file or serve

It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the
