Aow on this day the Plaintiff, having filed herein a good
and sufficient Affidavit as to the I[1litary Service of the
Defendant, an Affidavit as to the amount due the Plaintiff here-
in and having moved this Court for the entry of a Default
Judgment against the Defendant herein for his failure to file or
server a dofgnsi.~e pleading herein within the time required by {
law;
It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the
Defendant is 1n Default and that the Plaintiff dose hereby have
a Default Judgment against said Defendant; and it is further
ORDERED AAD ADJUDGED t2~ the Plaintiff has a Final Judgment
against said Defendant and that HONE EQUIPI[ENT CO. OF FORT
PIERCE, INC., shall have a Judgment against bLR. PAT RICHARDSON
