THIS INDENTURE, Dads this 6 ~O day of January 1961, between
WILLIAM J. MATHESON, joined by his wife, FAITH A. MATHESON, of the
County of Martin, in the State of Florida, and R. HARDY MATHESON,
joined by his wife, CAROL J. MATHESON, of the County of Dade, in
Hha State of Florida; parties of the f irat part, and HARRY ARONSTETN
