gate sum named in the promissory note of euen date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor here-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land

on file in the k'ublic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the Mortgagors
herein shall make the payments called for in the first mortgage

MMortgagee shall in turn deliver said payments to the owner of the
said first mortgage. Failure on the part of the Mortgagors herein
to comply with this or the following requirements hereby authorizes
the Mortgagee to accelerate the unpaid balance of this mortgage as
hereinafter provided.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein shall not permit
additional encumbrances to be placed against the above property
for a period of two years fro^ the above date.
Also the Mortgagors agree to keep the above premises in a state of
repair and cleanliness satisfactory to the holder of the first
mortgage now encumbering said property.
It is further agreed that the Mortgagors herein will allow the
Mortgagee at some later date to re-finance or re-arrange the first
mortgage on this property in any way so long as it is not to the
financial loss of the mortgagors. The Mortgagors further agree
to :iga any papers at First Federal Savings G Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which might be necessary to the refinancing or re-
arranging of said first mortgage.
