(Wherever used herein the terms "First Party" and
"Second Party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of
corporations, wherever the context so admits or
requires).
WITNESSETK. That the said First party, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said

containing 5 acres of land.

That part of the South half of the following described
land lying west of the F.$.C. Railway right of way:

southwest corner of Lot 2 in Section 15, Township 35
South and Range 40 gaat and run there east to the
Indian River, thence northwesterly along said river
to a point 669.9 feet north of the south boundary of
said Lot 2, thence west 1524.6 feet, and south to point
of beginning.
The East half of the South half of Government Lot 3, of

described as the Bast half of the 8outhwast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of said Section 15, Township 35
