Beginning at the southwest corner of Government Lot
2, in Section 15, Township 35 South, Ztange 40 BaBt,
thence East along the south boundary of said Government
Lot 2 to west boundary line of land conveyed to F.E.C.
Railway Company by deed dated December 10, 1925,
recorded in Deed Book 71, Pane 56, of the ~ lic records
of St. hucie County, Fioriaa; thence Northwesterly along
West line of said F.E.C. Railway Company land, approxi-
mately 100 feet; thence west parallel with said south
boundary line of said Government Lot 2 to the west line
of said Government Lot 2~ thence South along said west
line of said Government Lot 2, 93.2 feet more or less
to the point of beginning.
Beginning at a point on the North boundary of Section 22,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, 530 feet east of the
northwest corner of the NSA of the NEB of said Section,
thence East 103.2 feet to a stake, said stake being 725
feet West of the center line of the South bound main tract
of the Florida East Coast Railway, thence Southeasterly
with an interior angle of 129 48' to a stake, said stake
being 390 feet west of the center of the southbound main
track of the Florida East Coast Railway, and 672.5 feet
south of the north boundary of Section 22, thence west
with an interior angle of 50 and 12' 683.4 feet to a
stake, thence North 672.5 feet to the point of beginning.
All that part of the following described parcel of land
lying west of a line 200 feet westerly from and parallel
to the westerly right of way line of the Florida East
Coast Railwayz Beginning at a point 94 1/4 feet north of
the southwest corner of Lot number 2, Section 15, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, thence run north on the division
line 225.75 feet, thence east along the south line of

north of thejsouth~boundary of Government Lot 2, thence
West 37.50 chains to the point of beginning, containing
13.10 acres more or less, according to the survey made by
J. C. Fries, County Surveyor, made in the N~ of the SW~
of the SW~ of the NEB of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East.
Beginning at a point 7 chains and 50 links North and 10
chains and 10 links east of the Southwest corner of
Government Lot 2, Section 15, Township 35 South, Range
40 East; thence run East to the Western boundary of the
lands owned by Florida East Coast Railway Company as
described in Deed Book 72, Page 472, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, thence Northwesterly along
said boundary of the lands owned by Florida East Coast
Railway Company to a point 10 chains and 15 links North
